A lady at work was telling me about a renting and watching supersize Me and curiosity got the better of me so I went and rented it. Quite an interesting documentary. In short, it's about a guy who eats McDonalds three times/day for a full month and it followed him day by day and what was happening. He also ordered the supersize. He had doctors and specialists monitoring him. All while watching the film though, I couldn't help but think "moderation". Anything in large excess is bad for you. And, I didn't like their chicken nuggets b4, now it's definite.

I prefer Burger King, but I don't go around eating Burger King or McDonald's three times a day, seven days a week...good Zeus, everything in moderation is my personal law.
Ah well...I guess he proved the point that people who do I partially at fault and so is McDonald's for saying their food is healthy.

Hmm, I wonder if he did a Subway one after McDonald's to lose the weight!! HAHAHAHAHA

They did actually talk about Jerred and his Subway diet as well.
His girlfriend is a dietician so she got him "healthy" again. He was in the beginning stages of Liver failure by the third week.
